Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint please telephone and ask for the Project Director on 020 8741 5311 or write to:

If you are not satisfied with the response or are still unhappy with the service that CTP or its staff provide, please write giving full details to the:

Chair of the Management Committee
c/o The Community Transport Project

2 Ravenscourt Road
Hammersmith W6 0UX.

If the chair cannot resolve the issue then it will be put before the next management committee meeting who will subsequently respond in writing within 28 days of the meeting.
